How do you ship & what is the price?
We use either the USPS, UPS or Fedex depending on where the products are going to ensure fastest possible delivery time.
All orders ship FREE to the lower 48 states in the United States.
However, we do not support shipments to P.O. boxes or military bases.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia in the United States.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders are processed in 1-3 business days so most people will receive their items in 3-6 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will send tracking information to the email you provide us at checkout. Please note that the tracking information will arrive 2-3 days after you place your order.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We ship orders from various warehouses in the USA. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order to deliver your items as fast as possible.
This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So if you don't receive all of your items at once, the rest will arrive soon
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. All products are listed in US dollars.
How do I place an order?
Choose products that you love, then click "Add to Cart" and "Checkout". Finally, fill in your information and that’s it.
There is a problem with my products. What can I do?
What to do in 3 steps:
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
If you still have difficulties with your item, especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.
Once you have confirmed the product is indeed faulty after steps 1 and 2, you can contact us at email@example.com and request a return number.
